By registering for or using GateExam, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account.

GateExam provides GATE Computer Science study tools, PYQs, TCS iON-style mock tests, and AI coaching for individual self-study:

• You agree to use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute test content, PYQ compilations, or platform code without prior written permission.
• Automated query abuse or attempts to bypass AI ask limits are strictly prohibited.

Pro subscriptions grant personal digital access to full mock test series, weakness analytics, and monthly AI ask quotas (450 premium monthly asks, up to 45 per day). Subscription features and AI quotas are tied to your account and reset on a monthly cycle.

GateExam provides immediate digital activation to premium study content, full mock test series, and AI diagnostic limits upon purchase. Consequently, all Pro plan subscription purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once activated. We offer a free access tier so students can evaluate the platform before upgrading.

We continually improve GateExam and reserve the right to modify, update, or enhance features, question sets, and AI models to maintain high educational accuracy. We aim for maximum platform uptime but are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or server updates.
