Due to the digital nature of these instant-access resources, all Pro plan subscription purchases are strictly final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once activated.

To ensure complete satisfaction, GateExam offers a free access tier. Students can explore the syllabus roadmap, practice core PYQs, try sample test interfaces, and test AI coaching features before making any payment commitment. We encourage all users to utilize the free tier to evaluate the product prior to purchasing a Pro subscription.

In the rare event of a technical payment glitch resulting in a duplicate debit for the same subscription order, our payment processing team will verify the payment log and issue a full credit refund for the duplicate transaction back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
